چکیده
The present study was carried out to evaluate the effects of different fungal species on metal uptake from paper sludge by Hemarthria compressa L. Paper (PS) in various concentrations (0, 30% and 60%) were used with four treatments two (F0 = Control, F1 Aspergillus niger, F2 Trichoderma pseudokoningii, F3 A. niger + T. pseudokoningii). as rooting medium steadily influenced growth physio-biochemical attributes H. F0. Results revealed discrete variations PS each treatment. maximum damages ionic homeostasis (Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+) due toxicity evident parallel declined chlorophyll concentration. highest growth, total biomass plants observed when treated combined strains (F3). Translocation factor decreased that is indicative changes Cd, Pb, Cu movement shoot root. treatment also showed greater catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) activity. Ions, such Ca, Mg, Na, increased gradually correlation matrix displayed a close association among diverse levels multiple plant attributes. PCA-Biplot confirmed outcome correlational analyses characters compressa. mediate extraction heavy metals recommends high accumulation (HM) possible reutilization free fertilizer, for application cultivated fields. Furthermore, HM attenuation are linear can be habitats. Advancement research work will helpful understanding mechanisms enhancing ability other native microbes remediate metals.

Bioremediation of Petroleum Sludge
Bioremediation, or the use of micro-organisms to decontaminate soil or groundwater, is being increasingly seen as an effective, environmentfriendly treatment for oilcontaminated sites. Many reports indicated that, large quantities of organic and inorganic compounds are released into the environments every year as results of human activities causing serious environmental problems. Among those pr...
متن کاملBioremediation and Detoxification of Synthetic Wastewater Containing Triarylmethane Dyes by Aeromonas hydrophila Isolated from Industrial Effluent
Economical and bio-friendly approaches are needed to remediate dye-contaminated wastewater from various industries. In this study, a novel bacterial strain capable of decolorizing triarylmethane dyes was isolated from a textile wastewater treatment plant in Greece. The bacterial isolate was identified as Aeromonas hydrophila and was shown to decolorize three triarylmethane dyes tested within 24...
متن کاملPotential Fungi for Bioremediation of Industrial Effluents
Two fungi (unidentified) were isolated from soil and marine environments. These isolates were used for bioremediation of pulp and paper mill effluent at the laboratory scale. The treatment resulted in the reduction of color, lignin, and COD of the effluent in the order of 78.6%, 79.0%, and 89.4% in 21 days. A major part of reductions in these parameters occurred within 5 days of the treatment, ...
